Q: I have a bracelet that snags my clothing when I wear it. What gives?
A: There may be prongs, hinges or other design elements of your bracelet that ‘catch’ on certain fabrics, skin, etc. Have the bracelet checked by a trusted jeweler to diagnose if your piece can be repaired to lessen the snagging issues. Some jewelry pieces however, due to their design, will catch on fabrics and more, no matter what you try.
Some jewelry pieces just can’t help snagging, pinching or scratching. Treat those jewelry items like a fab pair of shoes that are too tight; wear them as long as you can stand it! 🙂
